Australian mum of 3; movement obsessed, wine lover
Shelley has been in the fitness industry for 20 years, and after (very!) recently moving to Invermere from Canmore, she is so excited to bring her extensive experience, empathy and passion for strength training to the Columbia valley.
She has coached a vast range of humans, from Olympic and Canadian National Nordic Ski and Biathletes, to youth development hockey, football and swim athletes; to seniors, acute injury and chronic pain clients, kids, weekend warriors and weight loss clients……
However, in recent years she has found pure joy after working with females; helping her kindred sisters
feel strong, empowered, and better understanding their amazing bodies and unique hormonal profiles is truly my jam!
Shelley believes that elite strength coaching should not be limited to elite athletes!! The application of current exercise and sport science practices, blended with an art of listening, play, and personality, forms the foundations for successful, individualized
programming within her training environments.
“I can’t wait to meet you Invermere. Let our journey to strength and wellness begin!”

Micah understands the importance of being able to participate without any pain or limitations. He believes in a client centered approach to health care which includes helping clients better understand their injuries, using targeted manual therapy technique, dry needling and developing individualized therapeutic exercise programs with clients to help them progress back to a fully functional level.
Working one on one with his clients to create an effective individualized rehab program to best meet their needs is what Micah is most passionate about. As evidence for treatment continuously evolves, Micah aims to keep up with the latest research and integrate it into his practice.
